Important Subscription and Automatic Renewal Information

Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the beginning of each applicable new subscription period to continuously extend your subscription, unless you opt out of automatic renewal prior the end of your current subscription period. The subscription price in effect at the time of automatic renewal will be charged, plus applicable sales taxes and fees. A notice will be sent prior to renewal of annual subscriptions with the amount and date your payment method will be charged. You can opt-out of automatic renewal or cancel your subscription at any time by calling 1-313-446-0450 or accessing your online customer account at www.utech-polyurethane.com. All opt outs and cancellations go into effect at the end of the current subscription period. Refunds are not provided.
